  • To practice creativity
  • To learn new skills as part of a team

Participants in our Art Workshops find that the experience improves their self esteem, brings about an enhanced sense of belonging, builds strong teams and boosts motivation.

Abstract Art
- we will provide all guests with a canvas and demonstrate some simple techniques that create amazing results. Using multimedia and collage materials the group will be amazed at what they can achieve.

Cake Decorating - offers an opportunity for artistic impression. We will demonstrate some ideas but we are looking for wacky designs not just the traditional white icing. We've had groups make cake shoes, cars and even parts of the body iced and decorated to perfection.

Carnival Arts - our Carnival project is great as part of a fun day or outdoor party. It allows guests to get together and work on a project, which is a lot of fun. we will help the participants to make giant and masks for a colourful display at the end of the event.

Ceramic Painting - Participants will enjoy designing and painting funky paterns on ceramic items that will be dishwasher proof once baked in the oven at home. They can try creative painting with bright ceramic paint onto mugs, vases or teapots using specialist paints of a high quality.

Clay Modeling - First there will be a demonstration by our expert on methods of using clay for sculting. They will demonstrate making simple pots, figures and 3D decoration. Examples will be on show along with some reference books for inspiration. It is then up to the participants to decide what they want to make.

Fabric Painting - participants will paint and print onto items such as cloth bags, cushion covers and t-towels. The fabric paints we use can be sealed with a hot iron, which allow items to be washed and used at home. The techniques demonstrated include black painting, brush painting and stenciling.

Glass Painting - is not about being naturally artistic but being creative with tools and materials. Here participants will learn some of the techniques used in glass painting, such as dipping, painting and leading. The glass paints we use are the best quality and will allow participants to wash and use their newly painted glassware at home.

Jazzing Up Jung - this is all about recycling items to recreate them into useable and beautiful objects. Participants will revamp old frames, chairs, furniture, vases, trays, kitchen ustensils and crockery. we will demonstrate some methods including mosaic, painting and decoupage techniques.

Jewellery Making - it's not just for girl! Hand crafted jewellery is very popular now and to make your own is not only easy but great fun too. This workshop teaches even the uncrafty of us how to create fun, classy items with great success the first time around. Our easy to follow projects allow participants to make necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

Mask Making - great for Venetian themed parties or carnivals. the workshop will have a wide selction of materials such as fabrics, feathers, gems and paints. With these materials the group will decorate full face masks in any theme they desire.

Famous Picasso prints are displayed around the studio for decoration and inspiration and easels are set up to make guests feel they are in Picasso's studio. we include ceramic painting, paper maché and acrylic painting in the studio so there is something for everyone.

Potters Wheel - it's messy, but it's fun! Our experienced potter will demonstrate the skills involved in throwing a pot. Then it's time to roll up those sleeves and have a try yourself. Our workshop includes one potter's wheel and is suitable for smaller group. More wheels and potters are available for an additional cost.

Prop Shop - is the perfect accompaniment to a film making day or a theatre workshop. With help from our prop maker, teams will make props out of large pieces of card coloured paper, fabric, tissue paper, wire, mesh egg boxes, cardboard boxes, crayons, pens, paints, sticky paper, etc... and anything else we can get our hands on!

Sculture is not just about using clay it also involves using mod-roc, paper, metal, fabrics, junk... There is lots of scope for creativity and creating large projects.

Silk Painting - is a delicate craft where patience and procession is required. To give participants a head start they will be supplied with a silk tem, which has an outline design. They then have to colour in the design with special silk paints in vibrant colours.

Textiles - offer lots of variety in terms of the items that can be created. We work with various materials including felt, wool, solk, ribbons, fur fabrics and feathers. The group can choose from creating wall hangings, bags or scarves or perhaps they have their own ideas?
