The ultimate challenge to promote a One-Team philosophy, delivering a strong message about the importance of achieving the Bigger Picture

Overview:
Masterpiece – the Big Picture – is by far our biggest seller. Everyone loves it; the non-competitive one-team message is always a winner. Plus, there's a fabulous painting at the end to take back to the office.

The whole group must reproduce a giant size masterpiece painting. Teams need to collect information, blue-prints and paints to achieve success. The participants don't have to be artistic to join in, and there is something for everyone. The final result can be quite breathtaking and teams are amazed at what they have achieved.

The Objectives:

• To be aware of the bigger picture rather than focusing on individual tasks
• To build trust between people that work together
• To demonstrate issues related to team dynamics, problem solving, time management, organisation, and leadership under time constraints
• Revitalise a one team philosophy
• To demonstrate that teamwork gets better results than working alone

Masterpiece Mini Challenges:
As part of the overall challenge, teams will need to complete a series of mini challenges. These involve logical quizzes, puzzles, mental challenges, visual tasks and some engineering. There is something for everyone!

The Result:
At the end of the session the individual canvases will be joined together to create a giant painting. The final result is always breathtaking, and teams are amazed at what they have achieved. Most companies take their masterpiece away to be put up in their offices as a permanent reminder of what they can achieve together.
