  Masterpiece in the Park

  Budget Events Total fee £1095 'Art Works', Office Art', 'Roller Coaster' and 'Hold the Front Page':
£1095 + VAT each for up to 30 people, then £20 per person thereafter
  Ice Breakers and Energisers Total fee £895 £895 + VAT for up to 30 people, then £20 per person thereafter
  Creative Studios Art Workshops Total fee £995 All mobile workshops are £995 + VAT per craft for up to 30 people,
then £15 per person thereafter
   

Event Fee
This is the minimum set-up fee for each event and remains the same whatever the group size. It covers some of the fixed costs for running the event, such as transport, tools, insurance and event management.

Per Person Fee
This fee is levied for every person that is booked to take part in the event. It covers the variable costs, which can change with the group size, for example the number of instructors or quantity of equipment and materials.
