Overview:
What an amazing achievement for your delegates to create a lasting image as a backdrop to their own conference. The whole group will work together as one big team to create a set mural depicting the company message.
The Objectives:
- To be aware of the bigger picture rather than focusing on individual tasks
- To build trust between people that work together
- To bring colour and vibrancy to the conference
- To capture the spirit of the company message
How it works:
We will supply a set design that depicts your conference and company message. We will then give this design to the whole group who will recreate it onto giant panels that will be fitted onto the main conference set. Each team will have a different piece to complete. We will supply all the art materials and guidance from our instructors. The group must communicate effectively and work together to ensure that everything fits together to create the perfect and professional set.
The Conference Set Structure:
We supply a basic conference set structure including flats, stage, a screen and lectern. We will provide set layouts in advance. We can also supply audiovisual equipment and lighting if required. Includes a set worth £1,400.
