Overview
The Film Crew Challenge is ideal for enhancing teamwork, but is also great fun. The structure of the event means everyone can contribute to the overall team score, guaranteeing complete participation.
The Objectives
- To have fun with your work team
- To allow team members the opportunity to develop productive working relationships
- To stress that it is OK to express yourself within the team
- To show that diverse interests and skills make a team more balanced and effective
- To improve communication
- To demonstrate that it is acceptable to be proud of yourself and your team
The Brief
Teams will be set the task of directing, filming and editing their own short film or advert. Each team will have it's own film camera, props, editing suite and technician.
The Result
At the end of the day or during dinner later that evening the films will be shown on the big screen. Awards and fun Oscars will be nominated to our outstanding achievers.
Video Art
Try out our new version of film crew and create video art. This is quite a challenge and it's all the rage in the art world. After some background on this form of art teams will create their own piece of art using filming. These will then be displayed in our moving gallery at the end of the day.
